In the first season, Shin Min Ah appeared as Kang Sun Young, a newly elected member of the National Assembly and a proportional representative of the ruling party. She used to be a strong woman who had firm political beliefs and rose as high as a spokeswoman for the party. The production team of “Chief of Staff” season two stated, “She is shocked by Go Seok Man (Im Won Hee)’s death, but she continues to firmly walk towards her goals without breaking down. A story that tells what kind of political obstacles she will have to face in the process of achieving her goals will begin on November 11 at 9:30 p.m. (KST).”
